Can too many essential oils in a product be bad?

I know essential oils are good for your skin but I'm a little skeptical that something can always be good ha. Do you think too many of those oils can clog my pores? I use jojoba oil and didn't notice a break out.
I have acne prone skin but just dealing with the red marks left behind and this product has:
Carrier Oils: Coconut, Emu and Evening Primrose

I don't see it being necessarily "bad", but it seems like overkill to me. Usually the only time you'd see that many oils in one product it would be a natural perfume and not an aromatherapy product. I don't know what kind of product you have, but just by reading the ingredients it looks like it was made by someone who doesn't know much about either skin care or aromatherapy. Like, they were trying to make something that would work, so they overcompensated by throwing in every oil that was listed in a book that may be good for the skin.

The essential oils themselves probably wouldn't clog your pores, but the carrier oil blend seems much too heavy for the face, and if you have anything but super-dry skin, I think it would be pore-clogging.

Jojoba oil is balancing and it's not pore-clogging.. it's chemical composition is unique, so you can't compare it with other oils. If I were you, I'd stick with the jojoba and toss this product, or use it as hand cream or something, but just not on your face.
