Is there a vacuum in my oil?

I recently ran out of oil, and he just had met. Will there be a vacuum? Is there an amount of time I should wait to go back on my boiler? Any advice would be appreciated

And if it does not start after two or three tries at most one service call. While it is now getting fuel and lighting, not if you keep hitting the reset you load the room with the unburned fuel and once it is restored to burn off that is a problem with smoke. Good luck.
