So i bought the game of the year edition for call of duty 4 so how do i get the new map pack? it comes free with my version ( game of the year edition)

In side the case should be a small card with a code on it.
you then proceed to the cod 4 multiplayer screen for the ps3's live equivalent and go to purchase the maps but there should be a button to redeem a cod click on this and enter the code and you should receive the maps.
