And also, if I add a driver second, which has recently been fully licensed in the United Kingdom and 19 years old?
It will be shot as soon as you add the two pilots. It because they are both considered high risk. When the temporary driver passes his test, one might think that the quote would go down .... but no! It actually goes up because they think the new driver does not have an experienced pilot with him. Their citations do not go down when they have their own no bonus. It would be helpful if the two drivers completed the Pass Plus course .. This should help bring the cost of insurance down.
