Infernape lvl 47:Grass Knot, Brick Break, Flame Wheel,You pick last move.
Roserade lvl 50:Petal Dance(Favorite Move (= ),Giga Drain,Poison Jab,Shadow Ball.
Gastrodon lvl 46:Mudbomb,Body Slam,Surf,Sludge Bomb.
Raichu lvl 52 (Traded):Thunder Wave, Iron Tail,Thunderbolt,Return.
Rampardos lvl 46:Zen Headbutt,Dig,Payback,Flamethrower.
Staraptor lvl 47:Close Combat,Fly, (Duh), Take Down,Steel Wing,
Items:
Rampardos:Dread Plate
Staraptor:Razor Claw
Roserade:Rose Incense
Gastrodon:Quick Claw
Infernape:Fist Plate
Raichu:Magnet

Yeah, I know they're levels are too low.
I forgot to mention iI have 65 Hyper Potions,36 Revives,and I got to Lucian with this team.

Your team is fine, I beat the Pokemon League with Pokemon around those same levels, although you should change the movesets slightly:

Give Infernape something like Rock Climb as a decent normal move, forget Thunder Wave with Raichu and teach something like Brick Break. Hope this helps.
